The Executive Board of the Croatian Bar Association, or a body designated by the Executive Board, shall provide explanations concerning the application of the Tariff and its interpretation.
An explanation or opinion concerning the application of the Tariff shall be provided at the request of a client, attorney, court or other authorised body in Croatia or abroad.
