The Tariff shall enter into force on the eighth day following the date of its publication in the "Official Gazette".
The provisions of Tariff Item No. 52, paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Tariff concerning the due date for payment of attorneys' services shall also apply to services performed up to the date of entry into force of this Tariff.
