Tariff Item No. 31
1. For drafting submissions instituting proceedings before the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union, and reasoned submissions containing factual and legal arguments, the attorney shall be entitled to a fee of 1,000 points.
2. For drafting other submissions during the proceedings, the attorney shall be entitled to a fee of 50 points.
3. For representation and participation at hearings, the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item.
4. For representation and participation at hearings at which only procedural issues were discussed, or where proceedings were discontinued before the merits were discussed, the attorney shall be entitled to 50% of the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item.
