Tariff on Attorneys' Fees and Reimbursement of Costs

Tariff Item No. 30

In proceedings preceding the adoption of a decision by the employer, the attorney shall be entitled to:

1. a fee of 50 points for drafting reasoned submissions;

2. a fee of 50 points for drafting a request for protection of rights;

3. a fee of 100 points for drafting proposed decisions where the attorney represents the employer.
