Tariff Item No. 28
1. For drafting submissions requesting registration or a change of registration in a register maintained by the competent court, state administration authority and other state bodies, bodies of local and regional selfgovernment units and legal entities vested with public authority, the attorney shall be entitled to a fee of 50 points.
2. For drafting instruments (statement of incorporation, articles of association, statute and other instruments) required for registration of incorporation or changes in a register, the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under Tariff Item No. 33, points 1 and 2.
3. For drafting other submissions during registration proceedings, the attorney shall be entitled to a fee of 50 points.
4. For drafting legal remedies (ordinary and extraordinary), the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item, increased by 50%.
Tariff Item No. 29
1. For drafting a claim for annulment of a registration, statements of defence and reasoned submissions containing factual and legal arguments, the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under Tariff Item No. 7, point 1 in claims for annulment of a registration in the court register, but not less than 100 points, or to the fee under Tariff Item No. 27 in claims for annulment of a registration in another register.
2. For representation at a hearing at which the merits were discussed or evidence was taken, the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item; for all other hearings at which only procedural issues were discussed, or for a hearing at which, before the merits were discussed, the proceedings ended by withdrawal of the claim, settlement or judgment based on admission, the attorney shall be entitled to 50% of the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item.
3. For drafting legal remedies against judgments, the attorney shall be entitled to the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item increased by 25%, and for drafting legal remedies against decisions, the attorney shall be entitled to 50% of the fee under point 1 of this Tariff Item.
4. For representing a shareholder or member of a company at a general meeting of a company, the attorney shall be entitled to a fee as agreed with the client, but not less than 100 points for each commenced hour of the general meeting.
